Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Below are the details of our return policy.

Returns

Please make sure to send back all returns within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a quality issue with the product, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Service@zornna.com for the return address. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include any relevant information, such as the order number or a copy of the receipt, to help us verify your purchase. Once your package is prepared, mail it to the provided address.

Though proof of purchase isn't mandatory, it can help us process your return more efficiently. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed promptly. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
