Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Transit Time

The estimated delivery time frame does not include order processing (1-3 days). Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number to monitor shipping progress.

Fast : 7- 10days

Taxes & Duties
Please be aware that we will cover all taxes and duties incurred during the shipping process. Customs clearance procedures may still cause delays in the estimated delivery time frame.

Buyer Protection

If your parcel has not been delivered within 60 business days from the shipping date, it is presumed lost in transit. Contact us to request a refund or resend.

Tracking

ZORNNA uses traceable shipping services for order delivery. Tracking is available once the courier indexes the parcel. Shipment status is not real-time and may have a 2 to 5-day delay. Track your parcels here.

Missing Parcels

ZORNNA is not responsible for incorrect shipping information during checkout. Ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate before placing your order.

ZORNNA is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once the shipment status is "Delivered."

You are protected by the Buyer Protection Program if you provided accurate shipping information during checkout, and the parcel is not received or the shipment status is not updated to "Delivered" within 60 business days. In this case, please contact us to request a refund or resend.
